I am so glad you are here!

I practised yoga for over 8 years before completing my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training. Yoga has truly changed me and my life. For some of you, as it was for me, it might start as exercise, a way to move the body that can be both strong, steady and creative, maybe you came to yoga to focus the mind, recover from an injury or support your changing body. Little by little I noticed physical changes, but it is the changes in my mental state that have benefited me the most.

Yoga is a practice of patience. The benefits might not appear overnight, but pathways of connection within the mind and body are being made. Come and join me for intentional movement, breathing and relaxation.
