Let’s see how I might be able to guide you in your practice. It is important to explore independently, but it can also be really nice to practice and work on something together. Below I have noted down some ways we might work together privately or with friends, but feel free to offer different ideas:

  • to learn some foundational yoga poses (asana)

  • to establish a self-practice

  • to explore something new, whether that is a specific asana, breath (pranayama) or meditation practice

  • to add a class to an event you are planning

  • to create a class that contains all of the elements that you love and might not readily find elsewhere
